No ad tracking: We do not use advertising SDKs and do not perform cross-app tracking. On-device processing: Recommendations and experience parameters are computed primarily on your device.

  1. Information the App May Access (Optional, Permission-Based; processed primarily on-device) Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, the App may access:

3.1 Location (Optional) Purpose: Estimate local environment context to support in-app experiences and recommendations. Processing: Processed primarily on-device. We do not upload your location to our servers. Control: You can deny or change this permission anytime in iOS Settings. 3.2 Apple Health / HealthKit (Optional) Data accessed: Heart Rate and HRV (SDNN), subject to availability and your permissions. Purpose: Optional on-device analysis to support recommendations and experiences. Processing: Processed primarily on-device. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the App does not write any data to Apple Health. Control: You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. 3.3 Bluetooth (Optional) Purpose: Connect to compatible tactile hardware devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to send control and synchronization commands. Processing: Bluetooth communication occurs locally between your device and the hardware. We do not upload Bluetooth data to our servers. Control: You can disable Bluetooth permission anytime in iOS Settings.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments (StoreKit) If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payments are processed by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). We do not receive or store your full payment information (e.g., card details). Apple may provide limited purchase-related signals (e.g., subscription status) to unlock features in the App.

  1. Local Storage The App stores settings and preferences locally on your device (e.g., system preferences storage). Typically, this local data is removed when you uninstall the App.

  2. Third-Party Services We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs for tracking. If we introduce third-party services in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

  3. Data Security We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate for an offline-first app. However, no storage method is 100% secure.
